Questions & answers
Straight answers, first
The things homeowners ask most often — about scope, materials, timing and how coastal work is handled. Still stuck? Just ask.

If your question isn’t here, send it along with your job details. You’ll get a clear, specific answer for your situation.
Getting started
How do I request an estimate?
Use the estimate form to describe the job in your own words, or reach out by email. You'll get a reply that covers whether the work is in scope, what details or photos are still needed, and the next available planning step.
What should I include in a job request?
Describe what is happening, where it is in the home, and the result you want. A few wide and close-up photos help with planning, but an in-person look may still be needed before the scope is final.
Do you charge for an estimate?
Share the details of your job and how you'd like to be contacted, and the reply will explain the next step for your specific request, including how pricing is handled for that kind of work.
How soon can the work happen?
Timing depends on the scope and the current schedule. Let us know your ideal timeframe in the request — from as soon as practical to planning well ahead — and it can be factored into the plan.
Scope & services
Can I combine several small repairs into one visit?
Yes — a punch list is often the most practical way to handle door adjustments, wall patches, mounting, hardware and other small jobs. Send the whole list so the visit can be planned around the right time, tools and materials.
Do you handle both small repairs and bigger projects?
Both. The service is designed for individual repairs and organized punch lists alike. Larger projects may need a site visit, a phased scope, or a specialist depending on the trade and permit requirements.
What if my job needs a licensed trade or permit?
The scope is reviewed before work begins. If a job belongs with a licensed electrician or plumber, a structural professional, a permitted contractor or a windstorm inspector, that's explained clearly so it can move forward the right way — and we can often handle everything around it.
Is my repair actually a handyman job?
Ask anyway. If it's in scope, great. If it needs a specialist, you'll hear that up front rather than after time and money have gone into it. Each service page also lists where that specific work stops.
Materials & preparation
Who provides the materials?
It depends on the job. Homeowners can sometimes supply a selected fixture or finish item, while repair materials are often easier to include in the scope. Confirming model numbers, dimensions and finishes in advance prevents delays.
Should I buy the fixture before you come?
For fixture swaps, sharing the model number in advance lets us confirm it fits the space and connections. Whether you supply it or it's included can be sorted when the scope is confirmed.
How should I prepare the work area?
Clearing access to the work area helps, and moving valuables from the immediate space is appreciated. Beyond that, protecting the room and controlling mess is part of the job.
Service area & coastal work
What areas do you serve?
Corpus Christi and surrounding Coastal Bend communities including Portland, Flour Bluff, Calallen, Aransas Pass, Robstown, Ingleside and Padre Island. Nearby and not listed? Ask — coverage is confirmed per request.
Do you do anything differently for coastal homes?
Yes. Wind, humidity and salt air change how repairs should be approached — from the grade of hardware used outdoors to the prep behind exterior paint and sealant. The goal is a repair that actually lasts in this environment.
When do you need my exact address?
Only once a visit is being scheduled. To check coverage and understand a job, your neighborhood or nearby community is enough.
The list is not getting shorter
Let's make a plan for it.
Describe the job in your own words. We'll confirm what's in scope and figure out the right next step.
