A smart lock is only as good as its install. Done right, it's weather-sealed, sits flush, latches cleanly and pairs reliably with your phone. Done poorly, it binds, drains batteries and undermines the security it promised.

Installation on a standard door with existing prep is handyman work. New bores in metal or fiberglass doors, or hardwired access systems, may need specialist tooling or a low-voltage pro.
Common questions
Will a smart lock fit my door?
Most standard exterior doors with a normal deadbolt bore are ready for a retrofit smart lock. Sharing the door type and lock model in advance lets us confirm fit before the visit.
Can you set up the app and codes?
Yes — the lock is paired, tested and basic codes are set up, with a quick walkthrough so you're comfortable managing access afterward.
